Welcome to the Official Website of the Braidwood Shootouts
Reed-Custer High School is the proud host of two off season shootouts for high schools in class 1A , 2A and the occasional 3A. The Varsity Girls Shootout is held all in one day while the Boys Varsity Shootout is a two day event at our amazing facilities (see in Photos). The Reed-Custer sports complex has a fieldhouse with three courts, the high school gym and a middle school gym all in one building. The high school and the middle school courts, and two courts in the fieldhouse are used nonstop to have four games going on simultaneously throughout the day. These courts will be used to ensure that we can run 4 games every hour. If you are interested in the rules of the tournament since it isn't quite the same as a regular season game here is a list of the changes and our Shootout Rules. Come join us and watch some competitive off season high school basketball!!!
